steps one + two = 3.5 days

The ACH production cycle is 3.5 days, steps one and two.

Step three will complete a cycle of HPA production. No statement has been made as to the duration of step 3. It may be possible that operation of the calciner will require the production of more than one batch of ACH. We do not know how much ACH constitutes a batch.
