RE:RE:CARB

RE:RE:CARB....interesting though you pull a 15 year old model out of your azz...when we all know that trucks of that age are no longer on the road...and the beauty of flexible technology is that it can be adjusted or "tuned" to run in any utilization....and if not why would major manufacturers be interested...?.....we went through the same thing a few weeks back with you idiots...nice try though...another turd for the septic tank...bye now....flush......

While I am sure you can read...... I'm not so sure about your comprehension.....

"has been found not to reduce the effectiveness of the applicable vehicle pollution control systems for all 1998 to 2002 model year (MY) 12.7 Litre Detroit Diesel Heavy Duty Diesel Engines."

All this means is that the unit did not circumvent or diminish the functioning of the pre existing vehicle pollution control systems.

You may also wish to note that this was for a very specific engine type that did not use any EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) technology.

So on the face of it this directive is of little or no value in today's market place.

Regurgitating this old and rather meaningless information does more harm than good and places you squarely in the pumper category, something I am sure you wish to avoid......
