Well... They didnt pay their OSC Fee that was due

They just got hit with a deliquent filer. Hmm... How odd... I wonder why they didnt pay? They could be getting ready for a "BO". Not paying the fee since Vertex feels that its not a "required expense" before grabbing up the last few pebbles of IMP. No book value means we may be holding toilet paper. Well some of us...Not me.. I ditched this pony but just love seeing the discussion on the board. Easily one of my favourites.
