theyre always settling debts. they have no income. money from warrants will probably be used to pay management also. the gravy train keeps a rolling and the share count keeps jumping up by leaps and bounds, further muting any s.p. rise when the price of oil heads north of 50 bucks a barrel, they finally stop delaying and the pipeline gets built. long road to go here folks, no matter what the pumpers say. I haven't been following things here, but when I do check in after a month or so of heavy boozing, the low level of discourse here forces me to go back to the bottle,lol.
