CFFO as per this report shows 0.63/share with a dividend of 0.32 for the 3months ending June30th, Just shy of 50%



I prefer to look at the longest period available.  As per their 2nd qtr report, rolling 12 month ended June 30 CFFO is $2.35 with an annual dividend of $1.30.  A 55.3% payout.
