Musings on a Wednesday

Musings on a WednesdayAfter several discussions yesterday, I went back to find LakeOromocto's post a day or so after attending the AGM:

"asked them where they were at currently with the lead company that is interested. BOD approval was completed in June, now the buying company is analyzing the cost to produce and market - then they (buyer) will make an offer...... we will negiotate and the final stage is a deal or no deal, but I sensed there will be a deal unless they come back with something unreasonable. They know are asking price, and remember the buyer has already spent well over one mil analyzing the sample not including time spent!"

So, we are basically 3+ months since the lead suitor's BOD gave the "go-ahead" to put together a production, sales, and marketing plan prior to licensing or compound buyout. I sense we're getting very close to the moment of reckoning. Optons exercised, uptick in volume, complete silence, and no update to a missed timeline all point to something happening soon IMHO.
