KLG will jump to the middle - where it matters - for example Eldorado only produces 400K but has 3.6X the ownership. Since most hedge funds buy shares directly (not via GDX) the net buying should be more than double, so you're looking at as many as 25 million new shares.

This is significant a KLG is a relatively low voulme stocks, the buying will have an imact. For those nervous nellies, however, I'm sorry to say this won't happen until after merger closes. So either ingore the bumps or start drinking heavily!
