Wise man. 

By chance, I was speaking today to someone who works in corporate finance.  He verified my suspicion that prospectus documents are copy-pasted from a template and edited to match the terms of the underlying indenture. The editing process isn't always careful and contradictions aren't rare. But the indenture is the "bottom line".
