That doesn't make sense. If POG rebounces then this will get picked up again. You think the big boys will let it sink to $3? They are just waiting for the next catalyst.

About the deal, I would have preferred a 15% premium but all miners across the board lost 10-20% already since the sell off so it depends on your frame of reference. Nothing particularly good about the deal in the short term but nothing wrong either. Nothing wrong with KLG. I have all my white powder ready to get back in...just gimme a sign...
