RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:voted NOFYI, I do not own TST but I do own PLI. Regarding the vote/deal, I am not convinced that it will go through. I assume that K2 will vote NO after building a big position. They own a significant portion of the o/s shares. I am not sure who are the top 5 shareholders but if K2 can convince them then the result could be a NO. The other reason for K2 to buy would be arbitrage but I would doubt it. Few more weeks to go before we find out the result. I obviously believe in PLI and hope the deal will go through as a PLI shareholder but I don't think it is a slam dunk.
