The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a trademark licence agreement dated Sept. 1, 2016, between Organigram Holdings Inc. and TGS International LLC (the licensor), whereby the licensor has granted the company an exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to use registered trademarks owned or controlled by the licensor. Consideration is 437,957 common shares.
