RE:TGX has a duty to tell shareholders what just went downNow that TGX doesn't officially own the entity that controls the mine...they should disclose all emails to the public that relate to communication to and from all the stakeholders in that entity.
I don't see any legal reason not to as they can no longer make material decisions on the project that private information may need to stay private.
It might be worth it to hit up each provincial securities commission with some questions....not just complaining..but asking for an information request for the company in question based on the fact that you are an active shareholder of the company.
Just a suggestion.

ps. I don't own any shares..but have watched from the sidelines for many years. If my money wasn't all tied up in PGD..I would have definitely put a few dollars into TGX.
