what a shame !For  6 mill.$  they solled  they  sole  and the  company  to  the devil !!!!
What  a  shame !!!!!!!  They must be desperate  , Im  supprised  ,  they  didnt pick a partner from 
germany or  even  china  , what  ever happend to   The  " CAT "  deal ? did they  walked away from  energizer  ????
