The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. Overall I think the company has positives such as no debt, currently market cap is about equal to current assets, I believe in the industry and think California is geographically positive. If they can get the insurance to pay the expected rates it could easily have a 50% move. In the meantime management needs to adjust service levels based on the actual amount being received and reel in expenses and capital spending which it seems they are focused on. Sounds like once the centres reach expected capacity the company will be cash flow positive and profitable - assuming this is achieved today's price is a bargain. Really up to management to prove they can execute here in my opinion. Took an initial position today, glta.
