RE:RE:what are the resources worth on this property?You're right, except that it's over 3 billion pounds, not one.
This is a great deal. They got 17 millions tons for 9 millions$ ...When you think that it can cost up to 2 millions $ in drilling, engineering  and technical cost to prove (NI 43-101) 1 million tons (almost 4 times more expensive tha the acquisition). The NI 43-101 is still good, the company only need to update the PEA (it was a breakeven project with the dollar being even to the US one, i guess it's gone be really positive now!|)
There is gone a be a dilution... so what? It is better to have 160 millions shares with a huge PEA positive project, than 130 millions shares without that kind of project.
