RE:1/4 next point 12At this time, I'm certainly not selling any of my position.  My rationale: 1. Sept over; worst month for oil & gas; 2. Winter aka cold; 3. November quarterly results; 4. Oil & gas prices moving upward; 5. Large institutions TD, RBC, others targets $11-14. 6. PPY is on a roll, ride the tide.
