RE:Manipulation Continues

RE:Manipulation Continues
Lumberfeverlong wrote: It amazes me how the stock manipulation is permitted to continue week after week by the regulators on this stock. It absolutely shameful.  No amount of insider trading by anyone compares to the damage shortens have caused to so many retail investors.  This valuation has no basis in reality and hasn't since the stock fell below $20. It is trading as if the company is going to imminently file for Chapter 11, which everyone knows is not the case, not even close. I don't know where the bottom is on this, but at some point it will turn around in a big way. I'm not going to sell and miss that rally. If you are long and are down substantially as I am, don't sell. What would be the point?

Ahhh,,,   just as I thought.  Another 52 week low.  CXRX now is in the $3's    ......  Wow

I lost a lot of money listening to the likes of people like you and you sound like you are in some cloud and the only person who can see into the future always promising it will turn around in a big way.
The market wanted them to pay down the debt, not put on more of it.  And they are doubted that they have all the cash that they say they they are going to make because of all the price scandals and competition that are blindsiding them on their drugs.

You are blaming manipulators?  So you are blaming high frequency algo computers?  Seriously, dude you sound like one of those bag holders on twitter.  For every one stock sold there is a buyer for that one stock. Shorting a stock is legal.  Period.  People don't short a stock because they think it has good fundamentals.  The only bull thesis you have advanced is that it is somehow manipulated (and you implied illigally) and that it has great revenue and Adjusted EBITDA.  Well its the debt that is killing them and they just got a whack more of it so there is a possibility that they can't service it.    And no onw believes their forward making statements and the money that they say they are going to make since they were so blindsided in Q2 by competition.  It doesn't even appear that they know what is in the cue for generic competition, never mind what is happening over in England.

You should seriously examine your philosophy on investing.  I took a large hit, ut it would have been larger if I had not sold when I did.  And I thank the contrarians on this board for helping me see the light that this is just not a great business (to put it nicely!)
