RE:RE:RE:Manipulation Continues

RE:RE:RE:Manipulation Continues The only thing shorts have called right is the tenacity of their short attack. The company is far from any workout and has at least two to three years to right the ship. You have taken this stock so far down that it bears absolutely no connection to the earnings potential going forward. I have no doubt I will be vindicated one day. I only wish I could be as certain regarding regulators putting you all in jail.

Craigbad wrote: Its not really rocket science. Guidance was lowered, they added more debt and further reduced cashflow with more high interest payments. We should see more downgrades in the $2-3 range shortly. You have to be in a pretty big state of denial at this point to still be blaming shorts for calling it right.

There has been always a theme of "market manipulation" in your thesis. Tax loss selling is a good reason to sell. And another could be that, no major analyst wants to be in this anymore. They could feel dreadfully deceived too. And Lastly - no one with credibility has expressed a bull case. And very lastly, debt holders get first place in bankruptcy - common share holders get nothing. If this company rises again, it will be after a heck of a workout that you wont be able to participate in.

It absolutely shameful.  No amount of insider trading by anyone compares to the damage shortens have caused to so many retail investors.  This valuation has no basis in reality and hasn't since the stock fell below $20. It is trading as if the company is going to imminently file for Chapter 11, which everyone knows is not the case, not even close. I don't know where the bottom is on this, but at some point it will turn around in a big way. I'm not going to sell and miss that rally. If you are long and are down substantially as I am, don't sell. What would be the point?
