RE:RE:Arbs - The market seems to feel the 8 cent ask is too high, especially if you have to wait a year to get some of your own money back. There's no guarantee the second payment will happen. Even the 7.5 cent bid might be too generous. 7 cents strikes me as fair, at least until we get more information.
