Perpetual and their ability to make deals

Perpetual and their ability to make dealsagain I won't go into the deals PMT have made over the past 5 or more years and I have already summarized their current situation.

I have pointed out that with higher prices PMT will be into positve CF in q4 and 2017.  I'm not sure they will have positive CF in q3 but things appear to be getting better.

I will even predict that PMT will strike one more deal in q4, be it asset sales with heavy oil properties which I'm not sure are ready with higher and growing production, possible sale of waskahigan intyerest or JV for it's development, possible JV on columbia deepbasin assets.

they have proven to be very good deal makers over these past few years and some of these deals involved at arms length copmpanies such as Tourmaline and Paramount or Clayton riddell.

are there more deals on the horizon or will the ultimate deal be folding PMT and their promsing Panny pilot into Paramount resources?

on the flip side maybe they will go after some juniors with prime acreage in the montney that are stressed on the balance sheet side.

don't forget PMT only has 45-50 million shares outstanding and could easily buy a junior with their shares as currency, it's just a quesiton of the debt that they will be inheriting with any takeover??

so again, PMT needs higher NG prices to make free cashflow in q4 and 2017 but with prices over 3.20 in USA, and not much drilling on the NG side, prices are looking much stronger than at any point in the past 12 or more months.  Plus with more LNG exports from US gulf coast and larger demand for power, and maybe a normal cold winter after 2 years of mild weather, the NG storey could be quite positive going into q4.

now one more point, Cam their VP left the company and I take that to mean maybe theire will be a takeover of PMT by someone at some point.  I think he saw the writing on the wall and left to look for greener pastures.

again just speculating here, but I do expect more deal in the future that's almost guaranteed in my mind, just a question of what kind of deals?
