RE:RE:RE:RE:I have some shares but I will vote for no to the proposalMNG are not amatuers ,  they will own 77% of the company, which make the float small, assuming an eventual reverse split,      if they mine 100K ounces at under $800 cost,  own everything outright, this will be much higher in a couple quarters time time ....
