a) Actual occupancy costs goes down over time - more and more so over the years since only a portion of the puchase price is amortized. This will help EPS.
b) EBITA will increase by the amount they expense as building depreciation since any depreciation charge will be added back to the EBITDA calculation....
....these guys know what they are doing.
