Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of Concordia International, Adeel was Vice President, Finance of the Concordia Healthcare Corporation from December 2013 to February 2016. Prior to joining the Corporation in 2013, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Indian operations of Ingram Micro Mobility (formerly BrightPoint), based in New Delhi, India, from February 2012 to May 2013. Prior to his role at BrightPoint, Adeel held several finance roles of increasing responsibility with Nortel Networks from 2003 to 2012, based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada; Seoul, South Korea; and Beijing, China. He started his career in an audit function with Deloitte LLP in Toronto.

Do I criticise him? No. Im an investor. I find value in distressed situation. He finds value in distressed situations. 

Do I think his short thesis has run out? Not entirely. The company needs to prove itself. Will it bounce back - Q3 will show ALOT. If they can show stability in Q3 (considering the FX rate used will be 1.23/1.24) then they will be fine. New year funds will PILE on. If they f**k it up this thing is a dud. 

For Marc I think this is personal. Thompson will most likely be removed as CEO so rest easy Marc.
