Since it happens all the time and was incredibly obvious, 100's of regular stockhouse posters came here to explain it.

Many blogs explained it.
Even the Globe and Mail explained it.

Problem is investors never did any DD. Any check showed Ortsbo WAS Google translate. No one cared.

Personally I don't think DL was the main character. He was the fall guy. Over 250 million shares were added. Most from derivatives. Most over a dollar from around 10 cents. He didnt have them. He was just dumb enough to front it.
