RE:RE:RE:Thompson, Trimel, Tribute.......

RE:RE:RE:Thompson, Trimel, Tribute.......You called for a $50 shareprice in August based on using managements numbers and not looking at facts. You are still here using managements guidance to guide your numbers. Did you ever consider people don't trust management after being mislead and you are one of the very few that do? Could that be a reason, or is it all short and distort. They touted they could launch new products, do tuck in acquisitions and pay down debt based on guidance. They then deferred the earnout and issued more debt? Look at what they do, not what they say. People don't look at companies who may not go bankrupt for two years and think its a great investment. They look at companies with growing earnings and clean balance sheet, not companies in a downward trajectory and drowning in debt.

Lumberfeverlong wrote: By your logic, I have to be a paid basher because I am frustrated and have not yet changed my mind. Really? For the record, I am frustrated, I am not paid by anyone (I wish I were like the paid bashers who are on here 24/7).  I am disappointed that the company has not performed as expected based on management's public statements. I have said it repeatedly that they screwed up on disclosure if they had facts in hand that would have indicated that the company was experiencing revenue and EBITDA decreases when the CEO made his infamous "firing on all cylinders" statement.  That said, the precipitous decline in the share price is more related to the persistent and unscrupulous short attack perpetrated by the usual suspects on this board and their hedge fund masters.  The company has enough liquidity to face the new more challenging environment over the next couple of years. But you guys have taken the stock down to a level which would suggest the company is weeks from running out of money, which any honest person reviewing the company's cash position would never conclude.

quote=smallshort]This is going from bad to worst with the little guy stuck between all these "market players"?

I covered to lock in my gains and looking to see what to do here but this looks so bad that it's amazing this is still trading?

We have some people, "clowns" from my perspective, that say insiders will buy and although that's a possible option, why would anyone touch the shares or bonds given all we know as facts today and all the uncertainties around?

lumberfeverlong appears to be a company paid promoter which is illegal.  It's one thing to be a frustrated shareholder that changes his/her mind but if you are paid to post, that's clearly wrong.
