The Oil fields around Mosul belong to Iraq and are were under NOC control prior to mid 2014.  So, this doesn't affect the KRG and with ISIS being pushed west this should further ease some of the geo-political pressure in Kurdistan.  This bodes well for IOC's who are investing in the area...JMHO

All is good...also...JMHO

Not so good....potentionally 700,000 refugees to come out of Mosul.  Hopefully Iraq will be responsible for them this time, as the KRG took a lot from Mosul and the surrounding area back in 2014 when the Iraqi army evacuated.  Last I heard 1.8mil being camped etc., in Kurdistan.  Still, this hasn't hurt us...Gazprom (Big Brother) is being paid and that's the main one for us...not worried about Repsol...
