CIBC doesn't get money from CKE so they don't care. It is very likely that they do the advisory work for CKE's suitor amp;amp;#39; suitor and they rush into keeping the price as low as possible.

It doesnt make any sense why CIBC was desperately trying to sell 250,000 shares at -20% yesterday BEFORE market opens at -20%!!&amp


It doesn't make any sense why CIBC was unloading 100,000 shares at the ask at $0.52 on the LAST second  ignoring that nat gas was UP 4% and oil was UP too.

I believe CIBC works for the suitor. Once again today CIBC dumped 200,000 shares on the last minutes and seconds. See the last trades and the sellet. I believe CIBC manipulates the pps because it does the advisory work for CKE's suitor.
