RE:Red day?!Pretty easy to explain. 
1. Light volume can cause unusual fluctuations up or down. 
2. Stock has gone from low of 5 cents of late to 12.5 cents today so some will take profit.
3. Deal is not closed until it is closed. A lot of people are waiting for news.
