RE:CXR issued over $1.5 billion in stock in late 2015Couldnt agree more with this post. Market is simply wrong - its retail longs vs. insti shorts at the moment. This will change with positive news and the new year/next few months (NOTE: No fund manager wants this company on its year end disclosure.)
