Its not BS at all - the company made this disclosure using very nebulous language about a 72 million sterling finders fee to undisclosed third party regarding 4 unspecified molecules / formulations. It was great for shorts and conspiracy theorists. The fact is the finders fee was NOT triggered. Did Concordia bother to clarify this fact with further public disclosure - no they didn't. If you persisted with email or the threat of a visit to Oakville they would confirm that the company did not trigger this fee. Could they have clarified everything publicly - absolutely. Further evidence that they are fuelling this short attack and presumably hope to profit down the road from the collapse in the stock price.
