Waiting to see if there is an opportunity since its clear now that it isn't going bankrupt. I think the idea that the CEO set  margin triggers to preserve his own wealth is flawed.. why would he set them lower and lower rather than just set one higher up and take it off the table before it erodes further? To use your argument, Why would a guy who makes $9m a year be risking his credibility to back door exit at $6 a share? Doesn't make sense.
