I don't think the warrants would be accelerated until at least after the 4 month hold on the PP shares. No need for NSP to scramble for cash, they might as well wait. They don't have to accelerate them until they want to. No need to put additional selling pressure on the stock (as many sell shares to exercise warrants) when the company is cashed up and the stock is moving.
