RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Random thought on debt paydown...Earliest UK bill will become law is spring 2017. Any price rollbacks will not be retroactive and are subject to being contested by the Company. Potential impact is on about 9% of revenues and is likely more than 12 months away. That 9% of revenue will certainly not completely disappear. The margins will simply be reduced if the company is unsuccessful in contesting any proposed price rollbacks.
I will not paint a completely rosey picture as the short and distort gang does on the negative side. There are real challenges ahead, but I think the worst is behind us. The company has enough liquidity to pursue product launches aggresively and to pursue small accretive transations while at the same time being able to pay its liabilities as they become due for several years.
WHAT THE INSIDERS NEED TO DO NOW IS BUY SHARES!!! IF MT IS NOT WILLING TO BUY HIS OWN COMPANY'S SHARES, HE NEEDS TO STEP DOWN IMMEDIATELY. ALL LONGS NEED TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO THE COMPANY...

Yes, but the UK problems won't present themselves until end of 2016 and 2017. Between now, and the ER I expect some price appreciation. It's a decent trade!
