what is fair game is inquiring directly to the company about what has been reported, in NR's and the MD&A's, my questions related directly to what was stated in the latest MD&A, and the answers recieved were generally about them being "in progress", "shortly", or "can not answer that" - that one was obviously about funding - I would not call it insider information, but all about a company that is trying to re-assure its investors that they are not just sitting on thier hands.  A simple update NR from the company is long over due IMO, and flys against what they have done historically in September. Leads me to a couple of conclusions.  GLTA
