RE:HELP ME UNDERSTAND: why all of buying frenzy recently?8 US states are voting to legalize next month.  California alone would be the biggest market in North America if it legalizes.  Chances are it will.

Other states are Nevada, Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, Arizona, Arkansas and Montana
