like the gold property in Mexico that Corex (CGE) has and has taken years to advance and when it does (as is the case now) they give sweetheart deals to their friends like Chester.
like the private placements that occur that someone in the market seems to know about b/c the stock drifts downward till they announce it.

I won't invest another penny in anything those two guys are involved with.
