RE:Nov 8 Election

RE:Nov 8 Electionjust 19 more sleeps.  The Cali ballot measure (so those invested in TNY or MGW) is in effect November 9th!  Navada takes a few weeks .... any idea about those states most relevant to us here (Wash/Oregon)?

science121 wrote: The upcoming election shows promise for the US marijuana industry, because:

1  High probability that California, Nevada, Maine, and others will legalize (remember, to win the ballot initiative, these states only require that more than 50% of the people that vote in that initiative are in favor)

2  When above happens, huge media attention and interest will be generated

3  Democrats will likely take President, and have a good chance to even win Senate (therefore easier to pass pro-marijuana policies)

4  Despite a lack of polling, Marion county is likely to vote in favor of rec.  This is because the original vote in Marion for legalization was very close.  Only about 2% would have had to change their mind in favor in the last year.

looking forward to election...GLTA
