Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. RE:RE:RE:question for orlandoflIt is a different world for oil with US shales coming back in once WTI reaches 60 US$... This will imply it is not easy for WYI to creep into 70 - 80 US$ which meant the higher SPs you thought for VET and CPG will have slim chance.... I think WTI at 60 to 65 US$ seems more do-able and basing on that WTI price plan for the VET and CPG SPs you will sell... I held both VET and CPG but I won't be recalling the good old days of VET at 70 USD and CPG at 40 USD.
