RE:RE:Another big acquisition in Chinook's back yard
RE:RE:Another big acquisition in Chinook's back yardThe thing is that TOU bought Montney and NON-Montney assets, so we don't know the price for each asset. The non-Montney asset is much cheaper than the Montney asset.
We just know that they are very natural gas weighted with 85% natural gas.
So TOU paid about C$56,000 per boepd and C$3 per boe, but again this acquisition is mixed.
Based on the production and reserves per asset, it seems that TOU paid C$100,000 per boepd and C$3 per boe for the Montney asset (6,200 boepd) and C$40,000 per boepd and C$2 per boe for the NON-Montney asset in the Deep Basin (18,650 boepd).
