QUANTUM INTERNATIONAL INCOME CORP. PROVIDES UPDATE ON SUBSCRIPTION RECEIPTS; ACQUISITION OF COLUMBUS HOSPITAL LTACH; NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT; APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO

Quantum International Income Corp. has released an update further to its prospectus offering of 47.62 million subscription receipts of the corporation at a price of 42 cents per subscription receipt, which closed on July 28, 2015. On the closing date, 9,524,000 of the subscription receipts were converted into one common share of the corporation and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the corporation for each subscription receipt held, following which an amount equal to the offering price per subscription receipt was released from escrow to the account of the corporation.
