RE:RE:RE:Impact of Ca., Nevada, Maine, Mass. and Arz. Nov. vote
The news said, "Under the terms of the agreement, MassRoots will help build awareness of the Aphria brand amongst its Canadian userbase.".
I could be wrong, just came to that conclusion after reading some state laws and Canadian MMJ export laws.
https://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/licencedproducer-producteurautorise/import-eng.php
Canadian MMJ laws stated that, "Canada's international drug treaty obligations. As such, they are not a vehicle for supplying cannabis to foreign markets where recreational use is legal.", "Health Canada has an obligation to maintain control over the movement of cannabis in a manner consistent with these international drug control conventions which strictly limit trade in cannabis to medical and scientific purposes between countries with the International Narcotics Control".
This means that Aphria partnership with Australian company, CGC in Brazil and Germany is for medical and scientific purposes. They can trade MMJ but not recreational drugs due to international UN drug law. Which even takes one year to withdraw from.
Only immediate MMJ benefits with US states but cannot profit from recreational side, unless you make a partnership with US based company, buyout or you build your facility in the US and obtain a state license.
