The bioavailability of hemp vs whey is low , and whey you can get a 10lb bag for $100

if you are health conscious or vegetarian/vegan great

manitoba harvest is decent but I always opt for whey if I supplement

Thanks for the input, good pionts about Vega. Yeah I've always used whey as well, don't know much about hemp in general because I'm the opposite of vegan lol
