RE:RE:Mark Thompson leavingI agree with Mr. H that a condition of the note issuance was  likely Thompson's resignation.  No sane investor in this company would want it to be led by him going forward.  I also doubt Q3 will be a kitchen sink quarter given the oversubscription of the note offering.  The offering closed on October 13th.  Although the financial numbers for the quarter were likely not complete, management and the investment bank who sold the offering must have had some visibility on the nuumbers for the quarter...
