The reason I invested as I figured Sprott know way more then I will ever now about this type of investing.       I have a long list of failures and some hits   it's tough to wade play in this space.    

  I suggest you listed to the conference calls.   They look at 100's of deals per year .   I don't  think the mom and pop investor has time for that.   I thought the fees were reasonable and the upside for them of the 20% of profits.    It wasn't to dissimilar to any hedge fund.   

The overall commodity space has been crushed, so can't blame them entirely.      I think the returns on what they have going should pan out in a few years if the world's economies recover.
