If you are referring to me - no, I do not chase penny stocks - I look for underachieved value. WEQ is one I have averaged down considerably (and continued to do so even recently) I urge any and all to vote against the proposal - once this thing splits it will collapse even further. I've seen this happen time and time again (look at "almost" any energy stock that recently did a RS) - nothing good comes from a reverse split - NOTHING - do your own research & come to your own conclusion.
