RE:RE:"The due diligence undertaken by Chemtrade" Chemtrades PR yesterday said.................."The Canexus board repeatedly refused to engage constructively with Chemtrade to negotiate a friendly deal"..............That means Davis had NO access to sites, contracts and future expansion plans, in plain words a Data Room was not available to them...... What did Davis's due diligence comprise if they had no access. Drones and scooters maybe but everything else he said yesterday had to be based on pub conversations with employees and the like.
