RE:RE:RE:Now What?I agree with you Nighthawk, it's a very good acquisition:
- 17 000 000 tons of zinc (NI 43-101);
- The mining lease;
- A positive PEA (The PEA is ok, but it's a rule of the IIROC that forbid a company to make promotion on a PEA that has not been prepared specifically for the company. Puma has to obtain an update of the Votorantim PEA);
- Lots of land surrounding the 17 000 000 tons deposit.
Most of all, just beside Trevali, who, by the way, has 399 172 241 outstanding shares at 1,07$ this morning...so, i'm not too worry by the 130 000 000 shares of PUMA, considering that acquisition.
