Only the board would know the true results of the savings and validation.

Seems like they are confident about everything or they would not lock up their 55 miliion shares.

Millions more are on the fence, as soon as if and when the confirmation is secure, we could easily see $2.50 in one day.

Anyones guess... one thing is for sure the resuts are in and about to be shared.
