But how explain this morning (now)  the bid is at 0.085 $ ??? and not at 0,185 $ ???

Since NEWS, QIC is down  0.125 $ at 0,09 $ this morning

I want just understand ????

In how many times do you think that QIC will be 0,20 $ and more if it is good NEWS
