RE:TSTI am curious as to why K2 was buying TST at .135. The .005 arbittrage is not much but still 3.7% over 3 months which would not be bad but that is based on cash value, not based on avg pps of 5 days.... so that 3.7% is not really the actual return. Or they were buying on behalf of PLI to make sure the vote would be a yes. Or they wanted in PLI but could not get in without inflating the pps if they were buying in the market so bought TST and now shorting PLI to bring the ratio in their favour. Lots of ??? as far as what their strategy was. There are probably other reasons but I am a bit puzzled. FYI, I am long PLI and happy with the deal.
